Strict No-Return Policy Please note that all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges due to a "change of mind," dislike of style, or incorrect size ordering on the customer's part. Please review the size chart and product description carefully before placing your order.

Reporting Window: 3 Days Only You must report any issues (damage or wrong item) within 3 days of the delivery date. Claims made after this period will strictly not be entertained, regardless of the issue.

Exceptions for Returns/Exchanges We only accept returns or exchanges under the following specific circumstances:

  1. Damaged Product: The item arrived physically damaged or torn.
  2. Wrong Item Sent: You received a product different from what you ordered.
  3. Incorrect Size/Color: You received a size or color different from what was selected in your order confirmation.

Mandatory Requirement: Unboxing Video To protect our customers and our brand, a complete, uncut unboxing video is mandatory to claim any exchange or return for damaged or wrong items.

  • The video must show the package label clearly.
  • The video must show the opening of the seal and the condition of the product immediately upon removal.
  • Without this video proof, no claims for damage or missing items will be entertained.

Condition of the Item To be eligible for a replacement, the item must be:

  • Unworn and Unwashed: There must be no signs of wear, sweat, perfume, or usage.
  • Original Condition: All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact and attached to the garment.

For prepaid orders, if the buyer refuses delivery or returns the item for reasons not covered under the exceptions listed above, we will process a refund upon receipt and inspection of the returned goods. The refund amount will be the purchase price minus applicable shipping charges and will be issued as a store credit voucher, redeemable on your next purchase from our website. This voucher will be valid for a period of six months from the date of issuance.

The Replacement Process If your order meets the criteria above:

  1. Email us/Message us within 3 days of delivery with your Order ID, clear photos of the defect, and the mandatory unboxing video.
  2. Once verified, we will arrange a free reverse pickup of the damaged/wrong item.
  3. Upon successful pickup and quality check, we will dispatch the correct/undamaged replacement to you at no extra cost.
